We understand that life happens. If you need to postpone or cancel a session, please give us at least 4 hours advance notice via phone or WhatsApp. Multi-session package visits are never lost — they simply get rescheduled to your next convenient day and time.

No formal referral is strictly required to schedule an evaluation, as our physiotherapists are certified autonomous practitioners qualified to evaluate musculoskeletal conditions. However, if you already have physician notes, surgery discharge summaries, or X-rays, keeping them handy assists us in accelerating your tailored care.
